The buyer can return the product to the seller without explanation within 14 days from the day of receipt, if the product & nbsp; does not meet the technical specification, where it is necessary to fill & nbsp; form for withdrawal from a distance contract . The seller undertakes to refund the money with the submitted fiscal invoice. If the product is mechanically damaged, the seller is not obliged to refund.   2. to provide us with the product (preferably in the original packaging) and the original fiscal invoice, warranty card (if issued),
  3. to describe the malfunction and how the malfunction occurred.

Within 8 days from the receipt of the complained product, the seller is obliged to inform the buyer about the manner of resolving the complaint.
